Our computerized financial management system gives you the ability to see how your business is doing, how it's performing, and will give you 'at a glance reporting' on a monthly basis so you can know exactly how your business is doing financially.  This monthly service is beneficial as we will sit down with you on an on-going basis to explain how things look, as well as be available for questions and consultation.  This program provides you with the following services and benefits (in which you may select all or just some of the services you that you need):
 
 
 
 
  •  Monthly financial reporting: 
    • Financial Statements, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets, Sales Comparison and Ledger reports (among others) in a customizebinder for your   reference.

       Custom graphs showing key performance indicators that are most important to your business.

 

  • Preparation of government remittances
    • Workers' compensation, payroll, etc.

 

  • Preparation of invoices, billing, A/R, and A/P.
    • A/R & A/P reports are also printed out on a monthly basis.

Question:  Do I really need to contract out financial services?

If the answer is 'yes', then we can simply come to your office and use your equipment to get your financial picture in order.  If the answer is 'no', we have our own computer (laptop), the latest business accounting software, and the latest business office software that we can provide.  There is no equipment to purchase, no office space to make room for and no training you need to provide (except teaching us about your business).  We can work in your offices, we can work remotely from our office, or both depending on the need and job at the time.  We provide the freedom for you to choose what is best for you and your business.
